ACCURSIO-DIP GOES TO THE HAGUE SUMMER 2015 !!!
«Rights relating to personality and the Internet in the society of the XXI century»
Summer 2015, from July the 27th to July the 31st, Javier Carrascosa, Professor at the University of Murcia, Spain, will lecture at The Hague Academy of International Law.
Prof. Carrascosa will deal with «Internet – Privacy and Rights Relating to Personality»
– Here Mission Control. Commander Prof J. Carrascosa has promised that there will be a lot of fun and an in-depth analysis os the most outstanding judicial decisions in the field of violations of privacy, defamation and image rights from a PIL perspective. The course will start with some attraactive examples such as the cases of cyber-libel tourism in London carried out by US actress Cameron Diaz, Argentinian top model Valeria Mazza, F-1 top driver Rubens Barrichello and the US top model and actress Scarlett Johansson, among others.
