Traditional Knowledge: Cultural Heritage or Intellectual Property Right?
Highly recommended the excellent work by Antonietta di Blase, professor of international law at the University Roma Tre, entitled «Traditional Knowledge: Cultural Heritage or Intellectual Property Right?». This is a study that sheds a powerful light on the difficulty of adopting international standards of legal protection of Traditional Knowledge (TK) in the context of important legal instruments, such as the TRIPS Agreement.
